Users can switch between the display buttons, view the instrument measurement data, cyclic display. As shown below:
1 Installation and connection requirements
◇ Strictly according to the professional design of the installation position, is strictly prohibited to move.
◇ The newly installed pipe must be cleaned of sand, silt and other sundries in the pipe before installing the table, so as not to cause the failure of the water meter.
◇ When installing a water meter, pay attention to the connection length of the water meter. If the distance between the pipes at both ends exceeds the connection length of the water meter, adjust the pipe distance to meet the connection length of the water meter and ensure that the pipes at both ends of the water meter are on the same axis.
◇ In order to ensure the measurement accuracy, the straight pipe section above 10D should be reserved before the table, and the straight pipe section above 5D should be reserved after the table, to avoid the interference of elbow, tee, cone and pump as far as possible (D is the pipe diameter). If the pipe in front of the table has a reduced diameter pipe, the straight pipe section in front of the table is more than 15D; When the pipe in front of the table has 90° elbow, the straight pipe section in front of the table is above 20D; When the pipe in front of the meter has a half-open valve, the straight pipe section in front of the meter is above 50D.
◇ The water meter should be protected from damage caused by impact or vibration of the environment around the installation site. The water meter should also be protected from excessive stress caused by pipes and fittings. If necessary, the water meter should be installed on the base or bracket.
◇ Extreme water temperature and temperature should be prevented from damaging the water meter and prevent the corrosion of the external environment from damaging the water meter.
◇ Measures should be taken to prevent adverse hydraulic conditions (cavitation, surge, water hammer).
◇ If the product is installed in the open air and submerged in water, it should be informed in advance
2 Installation position
◇Installed in the liquid upward (or oblique upward) flow of the vertical pipe, followed by the horizontal pipe, as far as possible to avoid the liquid down(or diagonal downward) flow pipe to prevent liquid discontent pipe.
◇The installation position should not be selected at the highest point of the pipeline direction to prevent the abnormal measurement caused by the accumulation of bubbles in the pipeline
3. Installation Method
◇ Cut off the water supply pipe installation meter to leave a place for installation, as shown in the figure:
◇Align the instrument with the pipe concentrically, connect the pipe blade with the thread of the instrument with a wrench, and tighten the instrument installation
This instrument verification method follows JJG 162-2009 Cold Water Meter Verification RegulationØ
◇ Cold water meter display :
Indicates that the battery is low. Replace the battery as soon as possible
◇ The cold water meter shows a negative number
Check whether the direction of water inlet and outlet are reversed. If not, please return to the original factory for solution.
◇ Data on the cold water table is abnormal or jumbled
①The installation position is incorrect. The installation position is at the lower water level
②The front and rear straight pipe section is too short, the bend is too large, and the diameter of the pipe before the meter is large
◇ Cold water meter has flow rate but no temperature

1. The water meter should be stored in the original package in an environment with an ambient temperature of 5℃ to 40℃ and no corrosive gases in the air.
2. When the water meter is stored on the shelf, the stacked height of the whole box shall not exceed 5 boxes.
